I am so excited to be participating in One World One Heart this year. I'm rather new to Blog Land and as such, welcome the opportunity to meet fellow bloggers and make new connections. After all, isn't that what this international party is all about?
A little about me: I am a Wife, Mother and Grandmother (tell me she isn't the cutest kid you've ever seen? No bias here) who enjoys decorative and dimensional painting, sewing and interior design. I veer towards the French esthetic and am not afraid to play with new techniques and bold color. Here you will find my adventures in design - I hope you'll join me for the ride . . .
Now, about the goodies: I'm offering a selection of 5 designer fabrics, each of which are approximately one yard. These five yards of fabric will be given to one winner who will be selected by random at the conclusion of the event.

My husband is the creative sewer in our family, when we were down visiting my mum recently she had finally taken down her orange paisley curtains from the 70's and Fraser (hubby) now has a new pair of boardies he wears to the beach to surf!! Not only that he gets strangers approaching him to ask where he 'bought' his trendy shorts LOL!!
